Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team at support@naidoolifeways.com or call +91 9925332228 during business hours.

Once your cancellation request is received and approved, your order will be cancelled immediately.

Refund Timeline

  • For eligible cancellations before shipment, refunds will be processed within 24–48 business hours after approval.
  • It may take an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a simple and customer-friendly return policy for eligible items purchased from naidoolifeways.com.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the order, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • Items are not marked as non-returnable (see exclusions below)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Step 2: Provide your order ID and reason for return. Photos of the product may be required for verification.
Step 3: Once approved, the product will be picked up or return instructions will be shared.
Step 4: After the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.


Refund Method & Timeline

  • Card / Net Banking Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24–48 business hours after inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving verified bank details.
  • Refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or misuse
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Items returned after the return window (5 days)
  • Final sale or promotional clearance items (if clearly marked as non-returnable)
  • Items damaged due to customer handling

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide your order details and product images
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


Important Notes

  • All returned items must include any complimentary items or gifts received with the order
  • Partial returns are allowed for multi-item orders
  • Refunds are only processed after inspection and approval at our warehouse
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
